Ingredients: Cocomineral, acidity regulator: malic acid, Elderberry Fruit Extract, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Flavouring, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide; Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Manganese Gluconate, Sweetener: Sucralose; Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B7 (Biotin), colour: brilliant blue FCF.
Recommended use: Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to a minimum of 500 ml water, shake vigorously and consume. Conteh Sports recommends using 1-3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration.
