Ingredients: L-citruline-malate, Beta-alanine, Creatine, Glycerol monostearate, Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Choline, Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, Black pepper extract, Cayenne pepper, Vitamin C, Thiamine (Vitamin B1), Vitamin B6, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Calcium, Sodium, L-citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, inulin, taurine, glycerol monostearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, choline L-bitartrate, L-tyrosine, aroma, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG - epigallocatechin gallate), L-ascorbic acid, caffeine, mixture of beetroot concentrate and spirulina extract, acidity regulator citric acid, nicotinamid, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, black pepper extract (95% piperine) - Bioperine. May contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Recommended use: Up to 75 kg bodyweight and sensitive athletes - mix a dose of 10g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg bodyweight or highly advanced performance - mix a dose of 20g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use: 1/3 measuring scoop = ca. 10g. 2/3 measuring scoop = ca. 20g. Mix the recommended dose with water.

Warnings: Due to high concentration of the efficient substances, undissolved particles can be seen in the beverage. It is natural for this product and should not be deemed fault. The tingling sensation is a common reaction! Intended mainly for adult athletes. Does not replace varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, freeze and humidity. The sachets included are not intended for direct consumption. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months.
