Ingredients: Vitamin C, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin E, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Vitamin B12, Biotin, Folic Acid, Sucrose, glucose, maltodextrin, acidity regulator citric acid, flavouring, sodium citrate, stabiliser carrageenan, sodium chloride, acidity regulator malic acid, calcium gluconate, vitamin premix (L-ascorbic acid, DL-α-Tocopherol acetate, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), potassium gluconate, anti-caking agents calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide, magnesium citrate. Recommended use: The dilution ratio for an ISOtonic drink is 35g to 500ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg), the dilution ratio for a HYPOtonic drink is 35g to 750ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Use: Slightly heaped scoop = approx. 35 g. Mix with water according to the recommended dosage. Do not use mineral water. Shake the package (bag) before use!

Warnings: Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Keep away from heat, freeze and humidity. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25°C and use within 2 months.
